However, I've experienced severe chest pains, blurred vision, and blood flow problems, exclusively on the days I take this supplement. These troubling symptoms only ceased when I stopped taking it. My diet and routine haven’t changed, and I’m certain it’s this supplement causing these issues. I urge anyone considering this product to monitor their health closely.

At 24, I’ve never had major health issues until I began taking large amounts of K2 MK-7. Initially, I thought it was the iron supplements causing my problems, as I read K2 had no limits or side effects. However, I experienced a slew of health problems since starting this supplement, alongside a high intake of MK-7 cheeses. Even after stopping the cheese, switching to MK-4 worsened my condition with bone pain, joint pain, and heart palpitations. I cannot recommend these supplements as they seriously impacted my health.
